When you join the waitlist we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the preferences you choose to share (how often you'd play, which membership interests you, founding-member interest, and any notes). If you arrive via a link with a referral tag — say, from one of our business cards — we also record where the link came from.
We use this information for exactly three things: waitlist updates, founding-member offers, and opening announcements. That's it.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing. It exists so we can tell you when the club opens.
Want off the list? Email riley@blackswangolfclub.com and we'll delete your information.
We don't use advertising cookies. The site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that gives us anonymous, aggregate page statistics — it doesn't track you across other sites.
